Continuing the celebration of Nike SB Dunk this year, the resurrection of 2006 “Furry” Family Bear Dunks finds an unexpected collaboration with the legendary psychedelic-rock band, The Grateful Dead.

Hall of Fame rockers have long served as an inspiration to many beyond the music industry. The band’s creative and symbolic design aesthetic has transgressed the industry of art, streetwear, and sneakers.

Set in two colorways, Opti Yellow and Green Spark, the pair playfully features bear-inspired detailing from the band’s 1973 album cover “History of the Grateful Dead, Volume One (Bear’s Choice)”, with faux-fur and suede upper, a frayed Nike Swoosh mimicking the bears’ collars, and an image of the bear on the tongue. Another iconic Grateful Dead logo, the “Steal Your Face” skull is printed on the underside of the sockliner. The zip stash pocket on the tongue adds a finishing touch, allowing any small belongings to be stashed away.

Participants can enter the Online Raffle once only for one colorway. Please follow the steps below carefully.

ONLINE RAFFLE STEPS

STEP 1. Click here to complete the registration form.  

STEP 2. Download the Green Spark OR Opti Yellow  image below, depending on your raffle entry choice.

STEP 3. Take a photo of yourself dressed in any of the Fit Options below and make a collage with the downloaded image. For photo guidelines, click here.

STEP 4. Post the photo collage on your Instagram account. Mention your Fit choice and shoe size (US Men). All the information must be same as the information on the Registration Form. Use the hashtags, #selectshopframe, #framerelease, #frameskate, #nikesbdxb in the caption. Don't forget to tag @selectshopframe, @frameskate, @nikesb on the photo.

DEADLINES & ANNOUNCEMENTS

• • Raffle entry submissions: July 19 - July 22 at 10PM
• • Winner announcements: July 23 at 8PM
• • Winner purchase period: July 24 & 25 between 12PM - 10PM  

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• • One colorway per person.
• • One pair per person and must buy own size.
• • Raffle is only for UAE participants.
• • Instagram account must be public.
• • The winners will be contacted on Instagram via DM. Winners must reply with a confirmation.
• • Winners must collect their shoes from the store on July 24 or July 25 between 12PM - 10PM. Unclaimed sneakers will be passed to other participants.
• • Winners must provide a valid ID (Passport or Emirates ID).
• • FRAME reserves the rights to decline any participants who do not meet the specified requirements.
• • To avoid resellers, receipts will not be provided. Winners must verify the condition of the sneakers at the store with the staff prior to purchasing.
