The FRAME Loyalty Program rewards FRAME’s global customers based on their spending levels, assigned to `different tiers with unique benefits. As you progress through tiers determined by your spending amount, you earn points for every 1 AED (UAE Dirham) spent. These points can be redeemed to purchase discount coupons.
Any shopper at FRAME can join the program. If you are a new customer, you can automatically join the Program by creating an account on our website. Otherwise, if you are a new in-store shopper, our staff can help you create an account at check-out.
Log in to your account and check your points and membership status under “MY POINTS”. If you joined the Program in-store, you need to create a new account on our website using the same e-mail address.
Points are earned through spending in-store or online. Initially at the starting stage as a ‘Black’ member, you earn 1 point for every 1 AED spent. Equivalency of Dirhams spent against points increases as the tier goes up. For example, Gold members earn 2 points for every 1 AED spent; Platinum members earn 3 points for every 1 AED spent; Diamond members earn 4 points for every 1 AED spent.
You can reach a higher tier by accumulating points as you spend in-store or online.
You can apply your points during the checkout stage on our website or use them at the store. Every tier membership has different conditions of using the points. Points are only usable for purchases over 1,000 AED.
If you return or cancel your order, the points will be returned to your account. This update will show on your account within 24 hours.
Points will expire 6 months after they are earned. For example, if you earned 1,000 points on an order placed on 1 January 2024, the expiration date will be on 1 July 2024. If you earned some more points on 12 March 2024, these would expire on 12 September 2024.
Your tier status automatically downgrades to the level below after 12 months of inactivity. During this 12-month period, you should spend to remain in the same tier or move up a level. The 12 months is calculated from the date of when you have been upgraded to a higher tier.
