What is the FRAME Loyalty Program?

The FRAME Loyalty Program is a rewards program for FRAME’s customers globally. It is designed for you to earn point(s) for every 1 AED (UAE Dirham) spent. The earned points allow you to move up through the different tiers of the program where you can enjoy various benefits.

How do I join the FRAME Loyalty Program?

Any shopper at FRAME can join the program. If you are a new customer, you can automatically join the Program by creating an account on our website. Otherwise, if you are a new in-store shopper, our staff can help you create an account at check-out.

How do I check my points and membership status?

Log in to your account and check your points and membership status under “MY POINTS”. If you joined the Program in-store, you need to create a new account on our website using the same e-mail address.

How do I get points?

Points are earned through spending in-store or online. Initially at the starting stage as a ‘Black’ member, you earn 1 point for every 1 AED spent. Equivalency of Dirhams spent against points increases as the tier goes up. For example, Gold members earn 2 points for every 1 AED spent; Platinum members earn 3 points for every 1 AED spent; Diamond members earn 4 points for every 1 AED spent.

How can I upgrade to the next tier?

You can reach a higher tier by accumulating points as you spend in-store or online.

            • Black: 0 – 9,999 points
        • Gold: 10,000 – 59,999 points
        • Platinum: 60,000 – 999,999 points
        • Diamond: 100,000+ points

How do I use my points?

You can apply your points during the checkout stage on our website or use them at the store. Every tier membership has different conditions of using the points. Points are only usable for purchases over 1,000 AED.

  • Black: Get up to 10% off on purchases with 5,000 redeemable points
  • Gold: Get up to 15% off on purchases using points 10,000 redeemable points
  • Platinum: Get up to 20% off on purchases using points 15,000 redeemable points
  • Diamond: Get up to 25% off on purchases using points 20,000 redeemable points

What happens to my points when I return an item or cancel my order?

If you return or cancel your order, the points will be returned to your account. This update will show on your account within 24 hours.

When do my points expire?

Points will expire 6 months after they are earned. For example, if you earned 1,000 points on an order placed on 1 January 2020, the expiration date will be on 1 July 2020. If you earned some more points on 12 March 2020, these would expire on 12 September 2020.

Can my tier level be downgraded?

Your tier status automatically downgrades to the level below after 12 months of inactivity. During this 12-month period, you can earn enough points to remain in the same tier or move up a level. The 12 months is calculated from the date of when you have been upgraded to a higher tier.

How can I reserve my own pair for the sneaker releases?

We have introduced a new online raffle program for special releases of the Nike SB sneakers with the mission to drive more engagement in the community and remain fair to contestants. Diamond and Platinum members, who are participating in our online raffles, will be guaranteed 1 pair of their own size.

For other non-raffle-based sneaker releases, such as members-only releases, Diamond, Platinum, and Gold members will have priority of access to the purchase.

What is early access to sales?

Members of the FRAME Loyalty Program will be provided with sale promo codes, which can be used during a specific duration and have early access to sales before anyone else.

  • By signing up for the FRAME Loyalty Program, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined by SHOPFRAME FZ-LLC.
  • Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.
  • Points can only be redeemed in store or online.
  • Points cannot be used during sneaker releases, sales, or special promotions.
  • No points can be earned on sale items.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed as cash.
  • FRAME reserves the right to terminate membership where we believe that a member is misusing the program.  
  • FRAME reserves the right to modify the benefits and terms and conditions at our sole discretion.
