YUi offers a modern take on Japanese ramen, blending traditional flavors with a health- conscious approach. Using locally sourced ingredients like antibiotic-free chicken and fresh vegetables, we craft rich broths that are slow-cooked for 16 hours, and our noodles are made in-house with premium Japanese flour.
