TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Previous Instagram raffle entry participants, who are located in the UAE, are considered as valid entries and will receive email invitations for the in-store raffle draw.
  • This raffle is exclusively for UAE residents.
  • Abu Dhabi residents, who have been selected to participate in the draw, must visit the store (friends or families as proxy will not be allowed).
  • Duplicated entries for the online raffle registrations will not be accepted.  
  • Eligible participants must come to the store in the specific time that is communicated on the email.
  • Do not queue up outside the store. Only eligible participants will be allowed to participate in the raffle draw.
  • Eligible participants need to provide a valid ID (passport or Emirates ID) that matches the online registered name.
  • Raffle draw participants will only get 1 chance to make a draw.
  • Only card payments will be accepted.
  • No return, no exchange, no receipts. Please verify the condition of the sneakers prior to payment.
  • Winners must wear and leave the store wearing their claimed pair.
  • FRAME reserves the rights to decline any participants who do not meet the specified requirements.
