Nike SB continues providing creatives within the skate world with the canvas of one of the most classic sneaker silhouettes, the Dunk Low.

With this release, Nike SB joins forces with Korean-American skater Daniel Kim by releasing an
edition of the Dunks under the skater’s streetwear label - Stingwater. Following the brand’s playful aesthetic, this version of the sneaker takes an otherworldly turn in all aspects.

Nicknamed the “Magic Mushroom” Dunk, the sneaker takes direct inspiration from the name. The shoe is mainly covered in University Red while being covered in a white pattern referencing the top of a mushroom. The mushroom references do not stop there as the inner lining of the shoe is also designed in a way to depict the gill of the fungus. In addition to the striking colorway, Stingwater’s playfulness is noticed all over the sneaker, especially with the feature of a miniature jeweled swoosh paired with the Stingwater logo on the outside of the shoe. Furthermore, a reverse embroidery of the Nike branding on the heel tabs as well as a couple of phrases placed behind the tongue and on the bottom of the shoes highlight the light-hearted attitude this sneaker was approached with.
