Delivery Information

All orders will be shipped with DHL. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/monitor_shipments.html The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since DHL couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at the specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.

Shipping within UAE- 1-3 Working Days

International Shipping- 3-5 Working Days

Orders placed on Thursday after 4 PM will be shipped on Sunday due to the weekend difference in the UAE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE IMPORT COSTS THAT MAY BE DUE WHEN THE PACKAGE REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION.

Free Shipping

ShopFrame FZ-LLC will sometimes offer a free shipping promotion. When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on the Select Shop Frame store site and will be applied to your order at checkout.

Return Information
To return a purchase, download the returns form here: DOWNLOAD

Fill in the form and send it within 3 days after delivery to [email protected] and add a copy in your return shipment. 

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • The products must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. We will not accept your 
  • Must be returned with original tags and packaging
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag and original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Please note that Sale items are not eligible for a return.

ShopFrame FZ-LLC reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. Shipping costs will be charged to the addressee. 

Your returned item must arrive at ShopFrame FZ-LLC no later than 28 days after your delivery date.

International Returns
Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please in all packages with a tracking number.

Refunds
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

You will be responsible for shipping and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 300 AED, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
