The shoe is white with blue accents, representing the blue cloth found in the baskets to make the flowers more visible. The green heel represents the flower stalks' vibrant color, and the swoosh has a metallic effect resembling the wire wrapped around the flowers and hooks used to attach them to clothing. The design is a tribute to the cultural history of Shanghai and the fragrant white jade orchid flowers.
