배송

FRAME provides deliveries worldwide. UAE orders are processed through Quiqup and international orders are shipped from DHL. Shipping costs will vary by your order size, weight, and destination. Depending on the shipping address, the time of the delivery will vary as well. Working days in the UAE are from Monday to Friday and the weekends are on Saturday & Sunday. Orders placed after Friday 4PM (GST) will be processed on the following Sunday.

  • 국내 배송(UAE): 영업일 기준 2일~3일
  • Same day Domestic Delivery (Dubai only): In 4 hours if ordered before 18:00
  • 특급 배송(국제): 영업일 기준 4 - 7일

주문 추적

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order is prepared and ready to be dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email which will contain the tracking number. By clicking on the “Track Package”, you will be redirected to our delivery partner’s website where you can use the generated tracking code to follow the live status of your order.

For unforeseen circumstances, if your order is taking beyond the expected time frame, please contact us at [email protected].

관세 및 세금

배송료에는 주문 목적지에 따라 적용될 수 있는 수입 수수료(관세 및 세금)가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

취소

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before the shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. However, if you have already received a shipping confirmation, this means your order is out for delivery. You can process the return of the items in its original condition for a refund or exchange.

반품 정책

주문하신 상품에 만족하지 않으시면 구매 후 7일 이내에 반품하실 수 있습니다. 반품된 상품은 당사의 반품 정책을 준수해야 합니다.

  • 모든 태그가 부착되어 있고 원래 포장이 포함된 상태로 낡지 않고, 손상되지 않았으며, 사용하지 않은 제품을 반품해야 합니다.
  • 아이템은 두 번 이상 교환할 수 없으며, 교환한 후에는 반품할 수 없습니다.
  • 란제리, 팬티, 브리프, 수영복, 비키니 하의 등 친밀한 의류 및 수영복은 원래의 위생 보호 스트립을 그대로 유지한 상태로 반납해야 합니다.
  • Face masks and socks cannot be returned.
  • 반품에 대한 배송비는 Frame 에서 부담하지 않습니다.
  • 발생할 수 있는 모든 관세 및 세금은 환급 금액에서 공제됩니다.
  • If you cancel your order due to a simple change of mind, a fee from your bank and payment gateway will be charged (5% of the total payment amount).

상품을 수령한 상태 그대로 반품해 주세요. 당사 정책에 맞지 않는 반품은 접수되지 않습니다.

반품 절차

주문의 반품 절차를 시작하려면 다음 단계를 따르세요.

  1. Send us an email at [email protected] with the following details:
            - Original order number
            - Reason for return
            - Return for a refund or exchange

  2. 당사 측에서 반품이 확인되면 아래 제공된 주소와 세부 정보로 배송물을 보내주세요.

  3. Once the return shipment is dispatched, please provide us with the tracking number.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue and should be used within that period.

환불

반품된 상품이 접수되고 수락되면 환불이 처리됩니다. 환불 금액은 원래 결제 수단으로 입금되며, 관세 및 세금은 제외됩니다. 결제 서비스 제공업체마다 처리 시간이 다르기 때문에 환불금이 계정에 표시되기까지 영업일 기준 15일 이상 소요될 수 있습니다.

결함 항목

In the unlikely case that the items have arrived damaged or incorrect items have been delivered, please immediately contact us at [email protected]. Delivery charges and duties will be covered by us.

판매 품목

Items discounted by 50% or more are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Other sale items can be exchanged within 7 days for products of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges of sale items.
