SHIPPING INFORMATION

FRAME offers worldwide delivery services.

  • Domestic Delivery (UAE)
    • Dubai only: Same-day delivery is available if the order is placed before 18:00. Orders placed after 18:00 will be delivered the next business day.
    • Other Emirates: 2–3 business days. Same-day delivery is not available outside Dubai. If same-day delivery is selected from a non-Dubai location, the order will be automatically converted to standard delivery without any refund for the expedited shipping fee.

  • International Delivery (DHL)
    • Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days depending on region and customs clearance.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order by our shipping provider.

UAE Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday (no deliveries or processing)
Orders placed after Friday 4PM (GST) will be processed on the following Sunday.

Note: Orders placed during weekends may experience a delay in processing and delivery.

Store Pickup

  • Store pickup is available at FRAME’s Dubai location.
  • Orders selected for pickup will be held for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • If the order is not collected within this period, the item will be automatically shipped to the customer’s provided address.
  • Shipping costs in this case will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • When your item is packed and ready for dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
  • Click on “Track Package” to follow the real-time status via our delivery partner’s site.

Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping charges do not include import fees, duties, or taxes.
  • These fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please note: We do not issue undervalued (downvalue) invoices under any circumstance.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before the shipping confirmation email is issued.
  • To cancel, contact [email protected] with your order number.
  • Note: Orders including discounted items (final sale) may not be eligible for cancellation based on their specific terms.
  • If the order has already shipped, it must be returned following our returns & exchanges process.

Shipping Delays

  • Deliveries may be delayed due to holidays, high-volume periods, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
  • In case of any delay, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Pre-Order Shipping

  • Pre-order items ship based on the estimated dispatch date listed on the product page.
  • If a pre-order item is purchased along with in-stock items, the full order will be shipped once all items are available.
  • To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
