FRAME ロイヤリティ・プログラムとは何ですか？

The FRAME Loyalty Program rewards our global customers based on their spending. Earn 1 point for every 1 AED (UAE Dirham) spent, and redeem points for discount coupons to save on future purchases. As you continue to shop, your points accumulate and you can redeem them for discounts!

FRAME ロイヤリティ・プログラムに参加するには？

FRAME でお買い物をされた方であれば、どなたでも本プログラムにご参加いただけます。新規のお客様は、当ウェブサイトでアカウントを作成することにより、自動的にプログラムに参加することができます。また、店頭で初めてお買い物をされるお客様は、チェックアウトの際にスタッフがアカウント作成をお手伝いいたします。

ポイントや会員ステータスの確認方法を教えてください。

Log in to your account and check your points and membership status by clicking the Rewards button on the bottom right corner of the website or under “Account.” If you joined the Program in-store, please create a new account on our website using the same email address to access your points.

どうすればポイントを獲得できますか？

Points are earned by spending in-store or online. For every 1 AED spent, you’ll earn 1 point. These points can be collected and later redeemed for discount coupons, giving you savings on future purchases.

ポイントはどのように利用できますか？

You can use your points to redeem discount coupons for future purchases. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, go to your account, click on the Rewards button, and select the discount coupon you’d like to redeem based on your points balance. Then, apply your coupon at checkout to enjoy your discount.

 

商品を返品したり、注文をキャンセルした場合、ポイントはどうなりますか？

ご注文を返品またはキャンセルされた場合、ポイントはお客様のアカウントに戻されます。この更新は24時間以内にお客様のアカウントに表示されます。

ポイントの有効期限はいつですか？

Never! Your points stay with you for life, so you can save up and redeem them whenever you like. Enjoy rewards without any time limit!
