FRAME is a running, outdoor and wellness concept store in Dubai Design District, founded in 2016. It operates as three parts under one roof: a curated retail floor, FRAME Café, and FRAME Run Club. FRAME stocks technical running and outdoor labels including Satisfy, SOAR Running, District Vision, norda, Goldwin, nanamica, On, Snow Peak, Oakley and Maurten, several of them as first-in-region stockists in the UAE.

Where is FRAME located?

FRAME is on the Ground Floor of Building 7, Dubai Design District (d3), Dubai, United Arab Emirates — home to the FRAME store, FRAME Café and YUi.

What are FRAME's opening hours?

We are open daily, Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 10:30 PM.

Which brands does FRAME carry?

FRAME curates premium running, outdoor and lifestyle brands including Satisfy, SOAR Running, norda, District Vision, Goldwin, On, nanamica, CAYL, Snow Peak, Oakley, Maurten, Portal and ROA — many as region-first stockists in the UAE.

Where can I buy Satisfy, SOAR or District Vision in Dubai?

FRAME stocks Satisfy, SOAR Running and District Vision in Dubai Design District, both in store and online for delivery across the UAE. These labels have very limited Middle East distribution, so availability is by season and size rather than a permanent full range — the collection pages on this site show live stock.

Where can I buy trail running shoes in Dubai?

FRAME carries trail-specific footwear from norda, On, Salomon, Merrell 1TRL and HOKA, alongside trail vests and hydration from Portal and CAYL. The trail range is built for Hatta, Jebel Jais and Showka terrain rather than groomed forest trail, so grip and rock protection are the main selection criteria.

Does FRAME sell carbon-plate racing shoes?

Yes. FRAME stocks race-day footwear from On and other performance brands, grouped under the RACE category. Staff can advise on the difference between a carbon race shoe, a tempo trainer and a daily trainer based on your weekly volume and goal race.

Where can I buy Maurten gels in Dubai?

FRAME stocks Maurten gels and drink mix in store in Dubai Design District and online. Fuelling and hydration sit together in the RUNNING — GEAR section alongside electrolytes and recovery products.

What is FRAME Run Club and how do I join?

FRAME Run Club is Dubai's running community hub, based at FRAME in Dubai Design District. There is no membership, no fee and no sign-up form — turn up at the meeting point, or join the club on Strava at strava.com/clubs/framerunclub to see the schedule.

When and where does FRAME Run Club meet?

Wednesday evenings at 7:30 PM from FRAME, running the d3 Canal loop. Saturday mornings for a long run from Kite Beach. Both sessions are social runs with groups for different paces.

Do I need to be fast to join FRAME Run Club?

No. FRAME Run Club is a social run, not a time trial. Groups are split by pace and nobody is left behind — first-time runners and sub-3 marathoners run the same route on the same night.

What is FRAME Café?

FRAME Café is the wellness café inside FRAME in Dubai Design District — La Cabra specialty coffee and functional beverages built around running and recovery, served alongside YUi ramen. It is where the Wednesday run starts and finishes.

What is FRAME LANE?

FRAME LANE is FRAME's athlete team across road, trail and endurance running. It is a numbered roster rather than a traditional ambassador programme, and it sits alongside FRAME Run Club rather than above it.

How should I train through Dubai summer?

From June to September, run before sunrise or after 9 PM, and treat humidity as the limiting factor rather than temperature. Lightweight, genuinely breathable fabric, a cap, eyewear and a hydration plan matter more than shoe choice. FRAME's BUILT FOR THE HEAT edit collects the pieces that work in Gulf summer conditions.

Does FRAME ship across the UAE?

Yes, FRAME ships nationwide within the UAE and to selected international destinations. Current rates and delivery times are on the Shipping Information page.

Can I return or exchange an order?

Yes, within the conditions set out on the Returns & Exchanges page. In-store exchanges are handled at the Dubai Design District location.
