Oakley Factory Team is a joint venture between sports equipment giant Oakley and Los Angeles–based collective Brain Dead. The experimental design collaboration, kick-started in 2022, reinterprets the avant-garde character of Oakley’s back catalog into a selection of fashion-forward footwear. Silhouettes from previous Oakley collections, including the celebrated Flesh and Chop Saw shoes, sport novel combinations of natural and cutting-edge materials in a range of retro-futuristic sandals and sneakers. A synthesis of sportswear pioneers and industry risk-takers, Oakley Factory Team expands the brand’s rich legacy of trailblazing design.
