SECOND WIND
SECOND WIND
The road opens up again. You find your rhythm somewhere along the way.
SECOND WIND is FRAME RUN CLUB’s October soundtrack for that moment when movement starts to feel easy again. The first few kilometres settle the breath. The groove takes hold. A familiar route begins to feel open.
It starts with the warmth of Ahmed Fakroun, Khruangbin and Nu Genea. Disco and soulful house keep the middle rolling. Brighter percussion and UK garage bring a lift, before the final stretch softens into soul and jazz.
Across 26 tracks, the sequence follows four movements: OPEN ROAD, FIND RHYTHM, SECOND WIND and LONG WAY HOME. Each section gives the next one room to arrive. Built for October miles in Dubai, and for the quieter moments around them.
Ease in. Find your rhythm. Catch a second wind. Take the long way home.

Why This Works
SECOND WIND follows the feeling of returning to the road. It gives the opening time to settle, builds warmth through groove, then lets the brighter section arrive with purpose. The final tracks leave enough room to come back down.
The connections matter as much as the lift. Ahmed Fakroun, Nu Genea, Jhelisa, salute and Cleo Sol share the same route here. Different voices and different textures, held together by a sense of movement.
A soundtrack for October miles in Dubai. For finding your rhythm again. And for taking the long way home.
