FRAME RUN CLUB
Vol 1:JAZZ FOR RUNNING
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Frame Run Club! This is a space where we can come together to run, connect, and enjoy.
Each month, we bring you a carefully curated playlist to accompany your runs, making every step a new chapter in your story. For the first edition we blend the rhythm of running with the soulful tunes of jazz, inspired by the intricate musical references woven through Haruki Murakami's novels.
This month, we present a 40-minute jazz playlist crafted for your 5k runs. Let the music guide your pace and mood, from the energetic beginnings to the soothing end of your run.
Track 1: John Coltrane – "My Favorite Things" (13:44)
A classic that blends energetic and transformative sounds, ideal for setting a steady pace. As you start your run, let Coltrane's saxophone inspire your stride.
Track 2: Bill Evans – "Peace Piece" (6:41)
A soothing and introspective piece that helps maintain your rhythm and reflects mid-run. Feel the calmness of Evans' piano as you find your flow.
Track 3: Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers – "Moanin'" (9:36)
This track adds a bit of grit and vigor, excellent for boosting your energy halfway through. Let Blakey's drums drive you forward with renewed energy.
Track 4: Thelonious Monk – "Round Midnight" (6:40)
A contemplative melody to wind down the session, aligning well with a cool-down phase. Monk's unique piano style helps ease you into a slower pace as you near the end.
Track 5: Miles Davis – "Blue in Green" (5:38)
Perfect for the final stretch, this track is smooth and calming, letting you ease out of your run. Davis' trumpet provides a gentle and reflective closure to your 5k journey.
Don't forget to share your experiences, favorite tracks, and stories from your runs.
