RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Sale items discounted 50% or more are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Face masks and socks are non-returnable.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by FRAME.
  • Duties and taxes will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • For cancellations due to a change of mind, a 5% payment gateway/bank fee will be deducted.
  • Any items not meeting our return policy will be rejected and returned to the sender.

How to Return or Exchange (Step-by-Step)

STEP 1 – Submit Your Request

  • Request for refund or exchange

STEP 2 – Return Shipping

Once approved, send your return to:

You may:
  • Use your own courier (domestic or international)
  • Request a local pickup via Quiqup (AED 35 fee – UAE only)
  • For international returns, please use the original delivery provider (e.g.,DHL) only
  • Visit our Dubai store within 7 days of receiving your order for in-person return or exchange (free of charge)

STEP 3 – Tracking

Once the return is dispatched, please share your tracking number with us.
  • Local returns: via Quiqup
  • International returns: via DHL

STEP 4 – Processing

Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with
  • Refund to the original payment method, or
  • Exchange processing, or
  • Issuing store credit (valid for 60 days)

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.
  • Please allow 15+ working days depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds exclude shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will cover all associated return shipping and duties.
