Zoom Blazer Mid PRM "Sashiko" Sesame
Nike’s classic Blazer Mid has shown no fear in employing an array of different make-overs and under SB division. This time Big Swoosh invites us to discover traditional Japanese folk art from Edo Era of the 1600s to the 1800s with “Sashiko Pack”. Sashiko means "little stabs" and refers to the small stitches used in form of needlework, and was used to reinforce or repair worn fabric or tears with patches, making the darned piece ultimately stronger and warmer. These Sesam Blazers use rich indigo for accents and features and wild zig-zagging embroidery across its Swoosh plus small crosses atop its sizable heel piece and lateral forefoot overlay. Finished with exposed foam tongues with contrasting tags complete the look.
