DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders will be shipped with DHL. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the DHL tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/monitor_shipments.html. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address at the checkout. Since DHL couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at the specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.
Shipping within UAE: 1-3 Working Days
International Shipping: 3-5 Working Days
Orders placed on Thursday after 4 PM will be shipped on Sunday due to the weekend difference in the UAE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE IMPORT COSTS THAT MAY BE DUE WHEN THE PACKAGE REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION.
ShopFrame FZ-LLC will sometimes offer a free shipping promotion. When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on the Select Shop Frame store site and will be applied to your order at checkout.
I haven't received my order within the stated delivery times, what can I do?
It may sometimes happen that your order will arrive after the stated delivery times. We kindly ask for your patience as it can maximum take up to 14 days for your order to arrive. However, this is usually only the case due to unforeseen events. If you did not receive your order after the 14 days, please send us an email at email@example.com
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your goods, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Items that you wish to return must to be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. All items must be returned with its original tags and packaging. Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to: lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
We hold the right to not accept your return if we receive the product not as stated.
- Please include a completed returns form with your order (you can download the form from here).
- Make sure your return is well packaged and meets the requirements found at the bottom of this page.
- Packages can take up to 3 weeks before they arrive. Please be patient. If you require an exchange or refund urgently, you may want to consider sending your return using an express shipping service (at your own expense and dependent on country).

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with its original tags and packaging.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
- All items must be in original and resalable condition.
- Package your return shipment well so it will not get damaged during transit.
- Footwear must be returned in its original dust bag and shoebox if applicable. Place the shoebox in a shipping box to prevent from damaging during transit.
- Please make sure all return shipments are sent with a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for returns that are not traceable and did not arrive.
- We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
- If you are sending your return from outside the UAE, please clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS", to avoid custom duties. We are not responsible for any custom charges.
- Custom charges will be deducted from your to be refunded amount.
- Your return shipment must not arrive later than 28 days.
- Make sure that the returns form is included in your shipment. Any return shipments without the form may result into your refund/exchange not being processed.
When will I receive my refund?
It may take up to 14 days for us to receive the return shipment and another 14 days to process your refund after receipt. Depending on your bank, it may also take several working days before the refund appears on your statement.
Can I receive my refund on a different account?
Refunds are only made to your original form of payment.
Will you refund my shipping costs and custom duties?
Shipping fees are not refunded unless there is a late delivery and the customer requires a refund. We are not responsible for custom duties as there are determined by law of the applicable country.
