Known for his incredible professional approach towards coffee has made him a kind of a lecturer. Consistent in roasting quality as barely anyone else out there, he also stepped into agriculture of coffee by owning his own Farm in Colombia. Located in Oslo, Norway. The owner, after whom the establishment is named, is the 2004 World Barista Champion, 2005 World Cup Tasting Champion, and multiple Nordic Roaster of the year.
