YUi, meaning ‘only one’ in Japanese, was set as the name of our ramen joint at the time of establishment in 2018 – when we were the only dedicated ramen house in the region.
YUi aspires to offer high quality dishes and invite customers to rediscover the deep flavors of Japanese ramen, as authentic Japanese ingredients mix with local produce.
We are committed to improving the quality of food and services to make every slurp and bite be enjoyable and memorable.
Our signature broth is based on 100% halal chicken, fresh clam, and local ingredients – which is simmered for 10 hours every day. We do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives to ensure high quality in taste.
We work with local suppliers to bring only the freshest goods to the table, while bringing carefully selected Japanese ingredients to remain true to the authentic flavors.
Our ramen noodles are made in-house and 100% vegan, with no added preservatives. Fresh batches are prepared everyday to maintain freshness and aged for one day to ensure chewiness and firmness in the texture.
